Incoming kindergarten Chinese immersion families, please join us for our annual welcome picnic at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, August 13 at Ada Park, 1116 Buttrick Ave SE in Ada.

Please RSVP by completing our Incoming Chinese Immersion Family Information form. Even if your family is unable to attend the picnic, please consider filling out the form so the Chinese Immersion Parent Advisory Council (CHI-PAC) can keep you informed of Chinese immersion events and information throughout the school year.

Picnic Activities

• 5:30 p.m. – Welcome/free time
• 6 p.m. – Games for children
• 6:30 p.m. – Introductions (Meadow Brook Elementary Chinese immersion staff and the CHI-PAC board)
• 7 p.m. – BYO picnic dinner (CHI-PAC will provide water and juice)
• 8 p.m. – Clean-up
